General Terms & Conditions
Please take the time to read these Terms & Conditions since by using your card you are bound by them.
In these Terms & Conditions ‘we’ are I C Cashsave ltd., ‘participating companies’ are companies enrolled in the Cashsave program.
Membership
Only individuals may be members and membership is free and can join the program once only. Cashsave program is for the use of residents of all countries; however it is their sole responsibility to ensure that the collection of return money does not contravene any local laws regarding sales promotion or sales incentive
schemes. If such activity is deemed to contravene any local laws, I C Cashsave ltd. may at their discretion close such accounts as are held in these countries. You are responsible for assessing any tax implications that may arise through collecting Cashsave, and for the payment of any said taxes. You will be issued with a membership card and you may apply additional cards for use by your immediate family or any person who resides with you. Application for membership or for an additional card is at our discretion. You are responsible for ensuring that additional card holders observe these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to terminate
membership in the event that you or any of your additional card holders:
· fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions
· supply any false or misleading information to us or to any of our participating companies
· abuse any membership privilege
· do not use your card for a period of 12 months
· is no longer alive
General
I C Cashsave ltd. reserve the right at any time and without prior notice:-
· to change these Terms & Conditions.
· to suspend or terminate the Cashsave program
Whilst we shall make every endeavour to notify you of any such changes, we cannot be held liable for any failure to do so.
Cashsave cards have no cash or monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
We cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, damage or unauthorised use of a card or reward, whether in the course of post or delivery or otherwise. Any replacement is provided at our discretion, subject to such terms and conditions as we deem fit.
All exclusions and limitations of liability in these Terms & Conditions apply for our benefit and the benefit of all participating companies.
Participating companies do not have any authority, expressed or implied, to make any representation or warranty on our behalf.
